PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The Moda Italiana company has an internal modeling department that puts customers with customized collections. This allows them to immediately check the results of the required changes (e.g lowering a boot, trimming it, making a seam, applying an accessory and much more).

THE PHASES OF THE CREATION

TECHNICAL DEFINITION OF THE SHAPE

We have over 1,000 pairs of shapes that can be used to make basic items, which can be customized according to the needs of each customer. Alternatively, from the drawing provided by the customer, the right shape is designed and finally the 3D prototype is created.

REALIZATION OF COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES

The company customizes any item with components, accessories and various materials: injectable plastic material, combining it with other materials such as leather, fabric, metal accessories and others following the needs of each customer.

PROTOTYPE ASSEMBLY AND EXECUTION

Once the confirmation has been received from the customer, we proceed to the creation of the molds. On request we produce samples for sales and samples of conformity for quality checks on production.

CONTROL AND FINAL SETTING

Numerous quality controls are carried out during the various processing stages: The first check is carried out after molding, at the start of the run of the handlebar, the second by the person who packages the product. A further quality check is carried out on the boxed goods before transferring them to the warehouse, where the pallets are built and wrapped, ready to be shipped.
