Browsing or usage data: in the course of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire certain personal, identification and non-sensitive data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols; these data will therefore be automatically collected during the use of this application, for the purposes of the service.
These include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment you use.
These data are necessary to allow you to browse the website, but also we use them to:
- monitor visits to our website, know which pages are most visited, in which time frame there are the most connections, in which part of the world our visitors live, and other information like these;
- check that services we offer you are working properly.
Data provided by the user: the user is not required to enter any personal data on the website, with the exception of the "WRITE TO US" area where he/she can request information and/or estimates. Should the user decide to send his/hers personal data by filling in the form, the data controller will process such data solely to provide a reply to the request received. In accessing the site, the user will also find a further form "ACCESS TO PARTNER AREA" where, by entering his/hers credentials, it can view samples and possible material made available by the owner of the website; the data used for the access will not be used for any further purpose.
These data will be processed by means of electronic and/or telematic tools, with organisational and logical methods strictly related to the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested, by the data controller or in some cases by the subjects belonging to the data controller organisation and appointed by this latter (administration staff, assistants, sales staff or computer system administrators).
The data controller shall take appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of such personal data.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, i.e.: access to the data concerning them, obtain their rectification, cancellation, limitation, oppose in whole or in part to their processing.
Requests are processed by the data controller free of charge as quickly as possible, in any case within a maximum period of one month.
In order to exercise these rights, the user may contact the data controller at the contact details indicated at the beginning of the present disclosure.
Right of complaint: data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions of the EU Regulation 679/16, have the right to lodge a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority as provided for in article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to seek the appropriate judicial remedy before the competent Court (article 79 of the Regulation).
